THE Item says “delivered” but I did not receive it?

Unfortunately, once your order is shipped and is in the hands of the United States Postal Service (USPS), we cannot control miss-delivered items. You will need to contact your local post office for assistance.

When are THE item(s) shipped?

We ship packages Monday through Saturday. No shipments are made on Holidays as USPS is closed.

How long will it take to receive my item(s)?

Normally, we ship in 1-3 days. However, shipment times may vary during the holiday season. We try to send out your item(s) within the established shipping time as soon as possible. We use Priority Mail shipping; orders are expected to arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Please be mindful that delivery and any issues affecting delivery are out of our hands and control once received by the USPS. We always ship on the estimated date. We do not do RUSH orders, so please order days ahead of the time your order is needed.

Will I get a tracking number when the order is shipped?

Yes, when your items ship, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Address Changes/Incorrect Address?

If the Item is returned due to a bad address or incomplete address, the customer is expected to pay for the item to be shipped to a new address. Please verify the correct address. The package will be resold after 2 weeks from the date contact is made to the customer if there is no reply.

Lost or Stolen packages? Returned due to wrong or incorrect address?

Just Ask! Card Game cannot and will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once delivered, your purchase is finished and completed and is not our responsibility anymore. If this is a concern, please inquire about your package’s insurance prior to purchasing. Typically, all Priority Mail includes $50.00 in insurance protection. Therefore, there is no additional fee.

Item was received damaged?

In the event you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email a photo of the damaged item and box, along with a description of the damage, to be eligible for a free replacement of the item. A new item will be sent according to your first order (address information, etc.) However, the item WILL NOT be replaced without a picture. You can request the item be shipped to a different address if needed or desired. Though the item may be damaged, shrink wrap should still be intact even if wrinkled or slightly torn.

WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE ITEM IF THE WRAPPING IS TAMPERED WITH OR COMPLETELY REMOVED. THEREFORE, DO NOT TRY TO FIX THE DAMAGED BOX OR ITEM.
